By purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Definitions "Artwork" refers to original paintings, drawings, digital drawings and other artistic creations. "Customer" refers to you, the buyer. "We" refers to Em Carters Art, the seller. Products We offer original artworks, limited edition prints, prints and wearable art pieces. Each product is carefully handcrafted or designed by Em Carters Art. Product descriptions and prices are listed on our website. Pricing & Payments All prices are listed in $AUD. We accept payments through PayPal, credit card, bank card and taxes will be added where applicable. Shipping & Delivery We ship Australia-wide. Original art and prints are shipped at no additional cost to the customer. Orders are typically processed within 3 business days. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout, if any apply. Delivery times may vary based on your location. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Returns & Refunds We want you to love your purchase! If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. Returns must be received in as-new condition to be accepted. Custom orders and personalized items are non-refundable. Copyright & Usage Rights All artwork remains the intellectual property of Em Carters Art. By purchasing, you are granted a non-exclusive, personal license to display the artwork. Reproduction or resale of the artwork is prohibited without permission. Custom Orders & Commissions Custom orders require a 50% deposit, and the remainder is due upon completion. Custom artwork may not be returned or refunded unless it is defective or damaged. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it. We may request photos of the damage, and we will provide a refund or replacement as needed. Limitation of Liability Em Carters Art is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items during shipping. We will do our best to assist in locating lost packages or providing replacements for damaged goods. Privacy & Data Collection We value your privacy.
