Fishes Wishes

All the fishes that wishes they were what they aren't,

down deep below swimming 'round in the dark,

and all of these fishes that wishes to have

and to be and to see

us sunbathe at the park, in the sun, without tree.

But what sort of wishes are these for the fishes?

Who should surely be wishing for surfboards and hats,

not sunbathing humans! Not Susans and Matts!

But the wishes from fishes aren't ours to decode,

they belong to the sea and the eel and the toad.

The secretive fish wish, you see, is quite vital

to sea economics, and the fishes entitle

meant fishes wishes, deep dishes and pearls.

Let's leave them fish wishing now and fish wish ourselves.
